Repairs

Quality is very important to us at Windsor Avenue. If for any reason, your jewelry piece needs repair caused by a fabrication issue, please email admin@windsoravenue.com with subject line “Repair Inquiry” within 120 days of receipt of purchase. A Windsor Avenue team member will promptly contact you to address the issue at hand and to coordinate the repair at no charge to you. If for any reason a request to repair is sent beyond the 120 days, we will assess the extent of the repair and the customer will incur the charge.

Please note that we only accept repairs for jewelry pieces that are purchased on this website - WindsorAvenue.com. If you purchased your Windsor Avenue piece at one of our retail partners, you will have to return the piece to its original point of purchase.
